Cleve Gaddis is currently the managing partner and broker of Gaddis Partners, RE/MAX Center, one of the top RE/MAX teams in the State of Georgia for 13 consecutive years, closing $60 million in sales volume annually. With 23 years of experience in sales and sales management, Cleve is well regarded for his knowledge and expertise and is considered a systems expert. Regardless of what his team is trying to accomplish, there’s always a system behind the plan to ensure the delivery of the desired results.
Also serving as the president of Sure Realty, Inc., a boutique property management company, and as the managing member of Atlanta Residential Properties, LLC, a real estate investment firm.
Prior to real estate, Cleve served in various sales management positions with Electrolux Corporation, ultimately being responsible for 86 branch offices and over 1,000 staff and sales personnel in the Midwest United States with an annual operating budget of $38 million.
Cleve’s unique perspectives on real estate, sales and marketing make him an in-demand speaker throughout the U.S. in the areas of investing, sales and marketing, negotiating, property management and distressed asset disposition. He is an on-air personality on News Talk 1160 AM "The Talk of the Town" as host of the Call Cleve Atlanta Real Estate Show heard on Sundays at Noon and Tuesdays at 2. He is frequently quoted in local and national media and presents annual market updates to real estate trade associations. He was the 2009 Entrepreneur of the Year for the local Women’s Council of Realtors.
Cleve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and International Marketing, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Northwood University in Chicago. He is actively involved in economic development in North Atlanta and was instrumental in the creation of the City of Johns Creek in 2006. A native of Atlanta, Cleve currently resides in Johns Creek, GA with his wife, Michelle, and four daughters aged 14 to 19. The Gaddis family is actively involved in Northpoint Community Church and with the PTA’s of the local schools. Cleve is a past president of the Johns Creek Community Association, was a founding board member of Johns Creek Beautification and is a real estate coach with Workman Success Systems.
